I began this blog in the spring of 2012 after one of the worst days of my life. I was told my son was completely blind. It was a shock to say the least. On the long drive home I realized I had a decision to make, I could either give up now or fight even harder. I chose to fight harder. That meant reaching out in ways I hadn't before to find support. Thus A Blind Journey was born.
In our blog I share a little bit of our history, tell Keegan's story, and open up about what we have, and are going through. I hope that anyone can find inspiration reading about our triumphs and our struggles. I write honestly and openly about whatever is on my heart with the intention of opening people's eyes to our reality and letting others know they are not alone.
